On the banks of the Chobe River, a large lion pride dominates the highly prized floodplain territory. Led by two charismatic brothers and a plucky lioness, the pride consists of 18 members. And then there’s Einstein; the wayward son who should have left home long ago. Striking out alone is risky, and complex family dynamics mean his days in the pride are numbered. As the dry season takes hold of their territory, the pride capitalizes on weakened elephants, fights off rival lions and sees new cubs into the fold, sparking Einstein’s inevitable eviction.
